Formed by Genacross Lutheran Services and Link-age Group, CareAxis is grounded in real housing operations and built on a live, operational platform already supporting coordination and compliance inside housing communities.
CareAxis is now inviting a limited group of investors to participate in a SAFE note round, with participation beginning at $25,000. This round supports the continued expansion of the platform through additional modules and capabilities that extend coordination, unlock further operational savings, and support new housing-based use cases.
This offering is intentionally designed to create an opportunity for operator-aligned investors to participate in the next phase of growth and benefit from a platform built from inside housing communities.
